Key Responsibilities:
Retry of pending jobs
Investigate failures
screen distribution activity
Receive and respond to query calls /emails from customer
Receive and respond to query calls / emails from engineer and internal team
Escalate to Level 2 for technical support
log calls with CCA for engineer visit
log calls with Network vendor for resolution
Check and release Docket number to engineers confirming of SDMS working Skills Required :
Good Communication Skills are must.
Good command on MS Excel is required.
Basic Networking Knowledge is preferable Educational Requirement HSC Passed or above
